Hi, I’m Aundrea — a social worker, speaker, coach, and vessel of healing called to the marketplace. With over 13 years of experience in mental health and social work, I’ve walked alongside individuals and families through some of life’s toughest moments. My passion has always been to serve — but God expanded that calling.
He led me out of traditional spaces and into a unique ministry: one that meets people where they are — in the community, in business, and in broken places. Through Be Free & Multiply, I help women heal, rediscover their identity, and walk boldly in their purpose. This isn’t just work — it’s soul freedom.
I believe that faith and mental health can thrive together, and my mission is to be a bridge for those ready to be whole, walk in truth, and multiply the light within them.

Rooted in Genesis 1:28, Be Free & Multiply exists to empower women to heal, grow, and multiply—in spirit, purpose, and impact. We believe that freedom is the foundation for fruitfulness, and through faith, identity restoration, and purpose coaching, we help women rise from survival to divine multiplication.
